Deposits, we require a $100 deposit to hold an animal. Deposits are non-refundable if the buyer should back out of the sale. We prefer Venmo (Please contact me before sending a deposit on a particular animal), PayPal may be used but MUST be sent as friends and family or include the 3% fee. We cannot hold any animal without a deposit for any length of time. |

Bottle kids: A deposit will hold a bottle baby for 14 days to arrange transport. After holding the kid at no charge for 14 days we will then charge $4 per day. If the kid remains in our care for an additional 2 weeks then the buyer has forfeit all monies paid, including deposit. Your new baby will come with an ADGA registration application. |

Weaned kids/adult animals: A deposit will hold a weaned kid/adult for 3 weeks to arrange transport (unless otherwise discussed). After holding the animal at no charge for 3 weeks we will then charge $4 per day. If the animal remains in our care for an additional 2 weeks after boarding fees have begun then the buyer has forfeit all monies paid, including deposit.

Guarantees: We guarantee the kid/adult to be free of disqualifying faults AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE. Unfortunatly once the animal(s) leave the farm I cannot guarantee health and well-being, due to many factors of which I have no control of once they leave my care. If illness or death occurs once the animal leaves the farm they are no longer the responsibilty of the seller. We do not guarantee mature height, we do not guarantee that the animal will not produce kids with disqualifying faults. We do guarantee firtility when provided with a veternatian report that the buck is sterile, (must be verified infertile by the age of 2 years, no replacement will be available past that time period). Does must be verified as a freemartin/hermaphrodite and examined by a licensed veterinarian by the age of 2 years, the option of equal replacement is no longer available after the animal turns 2.
